Holyfield Visits Team Nigeria In Benin

Four-time World Heavyweight Champion and United States Peace Ambassador, Evander Holyfield, who is in Nigeria for a six-day visit, is expected to visit Nigerian boxers who are preparing for the London 2012 Olympics qualifier in Benin, Edo State.

Holyfield said his visit to the boxers this week is to motivate them ahead of the challenges ahead. P.M.Sports gathered that the Nigeria Boxing Federation, NBF, is in high spirits and expecting the visit of the former heavyweight champion.

Before arriving Benin, he is expected to visit Governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State, Obong Obot Godswill Akpabio of Akwa Ibom State, and the Managing Director of Shell.
