The Supervisor for Chieftaincy and Boundary Adjustment, CBA, in Egbe/Idimu Local Council Development Area, Lagos State, southwest Nigeria, Prince Idris Balogun has enjoined Nigerian leaders to emulate Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s political qualities.
Still basking in the euphoria of the former Lagos State governor’s 60th birthday celebrations, the Oluomo of Isheri Olofin, Lagos State, said he appreciates the open hearted politics being played by the national leader of the Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN.
Prince Balogun averred that the transparency displayed by the astute politician in carrying along his followers and fighting doggedly for their political rights when necessary was quite impressive.
“Without mincing words, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a leader worthy of emulation by all political leaders in the country, especially those in the opposition, because he is very free minded.
“I’m so glad for the governor emeritus as he clocked sixty and I pray that God gives him long life and prosperity. All of us in the local government system in Lagos State today should be eternally grateful to him for taking governance very close to the masses,” Prince Balogun stated.
He also used the opportunity to commend the chairman of Egbe/Idimu Local Council Development Area, Mr. Adebayo W. Bello a.k.a. Sunshine for his efforts in developing the area.
Prince Balogun also sent goodwill message to all the political leaders in the state, especially those in the Alimosho Federal Constituency.
