Following CM Punk getting the better of Chris Jericho in their match at WrestleMania 28, Y2J didn’t give up in his quest for the WWE Championship, as he’s taken their rivalry to the next level with attacking and splashing alcohol on the straight edge champion.

With Jericho leaving the Punk lying decimated the last few weeks, it was just a matter of time before the next encounter between the two superstars all with the biggest prize in the WWE hanging in the balance.

During the tapings for Raw SuperShow in London, the WWE announced that Chris Jericho will face CM Punk at Extreme Rules later this month in his hometown in an aptly named Chicago Street Fight for the WWE Title.

As for the match between Punk and Jericho, the Chicago Street Fight could possibly top their match in Miami with all the added mind games that Y2J has been doing to get in the head of the WWE champion.
