It will be battle royale as BRF Cricket Club and Government College Ibadan, GCI, Old Boys Cricket Club clash in the final of GTAssur T20, which will take place at the TBS Oval, Onikan, Lagos on Sunday, 29 April.
BRF outplayed Lagos Asians by 21 runs in the first semi final, while Government College Ibadan Old Boys confirmed their supremacy over Federal Government College Old Boys Cricket Club in the second semi final played last weekend at the TBS Oval.
P.M.Sports gathered that the final match is expected to be keenly contested, judging by the pedigree and the calibre of players that the two teams will parade.
Government College, Ibadan Old Boys are expected to parade players like Seun Odeku, Kunle Adegbola, vice captain of the Nigerian national team, Onwunzilike Chimezie, Femi John, Obed Harvy, a Ghanian international, Chibuike Iteogu, while BRF will be looking up to Onikoyi Ademola, Bejide Jide, Endurance Ofem, Seye Olympio, Oyede Leke and Joshua Ogunlola to spoil the show for their opponents in the crucial encounter.
