The Oke Aro playground, Ogun State will be agog tomorrow as De Law Football Club clash with Cosmos FC in the final of Oba’s Cup.
The grassroots soccer tournament, organised to celebrate the first coronation anniversary of Oba of Oke Aro, is expected to be glamorous.
In one of the semi final matches played recently, De Law FC defeated Smart Strikers 5-3 on penalties after playing 1-1 in regulation time.
Team Manager of De Law FC, Bar. Adedeji Quadri, told P.M.Sports that his team are in good form to win the trophy for their patron, Lion Olukayode Dairo, who has stood behind the team morally and financially throughout the tournament.
“We are ready to lift the maiden Oba’s Cup tomorrow and we’ll put in everything we have to ensure that victory is ours,” said Quadri.
The patron, Lion Dairo, charged the team not to be complacent in the final.
