Hall Of Fame Show: Action Resumes Tomorrow

The 30th edition of the Saturday Monthly Boxing Show will hold tomorrow at the Mobolaji Johnson Sports Centre, Rowe Park, Lagos, State.

The show is organised by the Lagos Boxing Hall of Fame, LBHF, in conjuction with the Lagos Amateur Boxing Association, LABA.

The first bout of the day will be between Ejike Eniwe of Brightest Boxing Club and Idris Amoo of Bomber Boxing Club in the 60kg category. Olufemi Adeyemi of Pioneer Boxing Club will slug it out with Adeshina Ogunyemi of Kamlat Boxing Club in the 81kg category.

Kamoli Wahab of Young Boxing Club will stand toe-to -toe with Sikiru Shogbesan of Young Star Boxing Club in the 64kg category, while Idris Ibrahim of Ashimota Boxing Club will try to out-punch Femi Akinsanya of Modupe Boxing Club in the 54kg category.

Two secondary school students, Amope Buari of Wahab Folawiyo Secondary School and Blessing Dada of Army Cantonement Secondary School will put their strength to test in an exhibition bout in the 35kg category.

Musudi Kolawole of AKG Boxing Club will have a showdown with Osodi Mohammed of Gold Boxing Club in 60kg category, while Thompson Bamidele of Glonos Boxing Club will exchange punches with Oshinloku Azeez of Blessed Boxing Club in the 56kg category.

In the 49kg category, Taiwo Abiodun of No Shaking Boxing Club will try his strength against Francis Olufemi of Kamlat Boxing Club in the 49kg category and Kudus Adeleke of Lagelu Boxing Club will take on Abdullahi Balogun of Brightest Boxing Club in the 52kg category.

The last bout of the day will involve the duo of Sulamona Adeyeri of Tumise Boxing Club and Abdullahi Taofeek of Diamond Boxing Club as they slug it out in the 60kg category.
