We Are On Course —Eguavoen
Technical Adviser of Enyimba Austin Eguavoen believes his side are still in the race for the title after their 2-0 victory over Kwara United in a mid-week tie.

Enyimba opened scoring in the 16th minute when new boy Fabiyi Babinton Saeed tapped in from close range before doubling their advantage on the hour mark thanks to Henry Uche’s calm finish.
Eguavoen who had insisted before the game that it was a must win for his side was a much relieved man at the end, his confidence in the ability of his players to convert their scoring opportunities, no doubt restored.
“I believe we are still on course,” he told EnyimbaFC.net. “We remain in contention for the title and this result proves it.”
The former Super Eagles manager added that his players had performed very well and ultimately restored the faith of the club’s supporters.
“I think they showed that they can overcome a negative result and give a solid performance” he said
