Olanrewaju Mubarak, a four year old boy is suffering from a symptomatic congenital heart disease and requies further cardiovascular evaluation and open heart surgery to correct his abnormality in order to forestall irreversible and life-threatening complications.
In a summary of medical report signed by Dr. C.A.N. Okoromah, Associate Professor/Consultant Paediatrician at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi-Araba, Lagos, Mubarak needs to go to Innovation Hospital, Hyderaba, India, for surgery which is going to cost N2,257,660 (two million, two hundred and fifty seven thousand, six hundred and sixty naira). His parents cannot afford it and they are afraid that help may not come fast enough.
