Chika Ike Hosts Children

Beautiful Nollywood actress, Chika Ike recently showed the philanthropist in her as she hosted hundreds of kids in Ikotun Egbe, Ejigbo and Isolo environs during this year’s Children’s Day.

The Nollywood actress hosted them to a lavish celebration in commemoration of Children’s Day.

On that day, as early as 10am, the Light Chapel Church was already filled to capacity as kids, parents and guardians stormed the venue to seize the opportunity to see the beautiful Nollywood UN Ambassador.

The event was not just full of fun and razzmatazz, Chika also seized the opportunity to give free gifts to the children.

Speaking at the event Chika Ike said she is fond of taking care of kids because of the love she has for them. She promised that the children’s party will now be a yearly one for the entire kids in the community “because this is the area where I grew up and it will be nice to give back at all times.”

The Oba of Agodoland, who was present at the event expressed satisfaction on Chika’s good initiative in giving back to the society. The monarch added that the children’s party was the first of its kind in his community.

He further implored other well-meaning Nigerians to, at least, help a child in any environment they find themselves.
