A student of Industrial and Fashion Design at the Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), Pamela Ifeneme, has emerged winner of the Miss Global Nigeria beauty pageant which held on Sunday, 3 June at Bespoke Events Centre, Lagos.

The 6ft tall girl who hails from Enugu State will represent Nigeria at the Miss Intercontinental pageant later in the year.

Other contestants who will be part of the queen’s entourage include the first runner-up, Gbemisola Shotade, who was crowned Miss United Nations Nigeria. She will represent Nigeria at the show slated to hold in Miami, Florida, United States of America. Cynthia Sapara is the second runner-up.

Prizes won by Pamela include  a new Renalt car, supply of make-up kits, skin care products and other beauty range from Eni Balogun’s Lise House of Beauty. Arrangements are in top gear to present the beauty queen and her runners up to the governors of their states.

The beauty queen will be visiting Governor Sullivan Chime of Enugu State, while the first runner-up, Gbemisola Shotade, who is from Ogun State,will visit Governor Ibikunle Amosun and the second runner-up,  Cynthia Sapara, will visit both Lagos and Edo state governors.

During the visits, the three beautiful ladies will discuss their pet projects with the governors.
