Kaduna riots: Police arrest Chadians, other foreigners

Kaduna Police Command  arrested some citizens of Chad , Cameroun and Niger among other Nigerians in the fresh riot that broke out in the state Tuesday.

The Commissioner of police Mohammed Jinjiri  Abubakar  , who disclosed this while addressing  newsmen at the police headquarters this afternoon said the police will not relent in its effort to expose the hoodlums behind regrettable violence in the state.

Abubakar expressed displeasure over the manner foreigners were conniving with some criminal to unleash terror on innocent Nigerian. According to him , a total of nine suspects  arrested and on interrogation have confessed to killing some innocent persons .However, while the briefing was going on ,more arrested  suspects were paraded.

One of the suspects who spoke to P.M.News said, ” We were unhappy that our people were killed by christian youth on Sunday, so we decided to retaliate”
