The annual Lagos State Sports Writers Association of Nigeria, SWAN Cup has received a major boost with the donation of trophies by the Mountain of Fire and Miracles, MFM church.
Chairman of Sports Committee of SWAN, Godwin Enakhena disclosed that MFM has promised to donate trophies for the SWAN Cup so as to make it more competitive and glamorous.
Enakhena further informed that MFM has promised to do more for the competition.
Reacting, Chairman of Lagos SWAN, Fred Edoreh expressed gratitude to MFM for the donation of the trophies, while urging interested individuals and corporate bodies to partner SWAN in anyway they can.
“On behalf of SWAN, Lagos Chapter, we want to appreciate the kind gesture of the General Overseer of MFM for his promise, we are also using this medium to call for more support in all our numerous programmes.”
