I Am Hungry For Challenging Roles — Stanley Nzediegwu

Fast-rising actor, Stanley Nzediegwu, has said that he needs more challenging roles in the make-believe industry.

Stanley, who has acted in a couple of A-list flicks such as MNet’s Tinsel, Private Sector, Phamous Five, Bella’s Place, Hoodrush, Quarantine Zone and Heavy Duty hinted that being stereotyped is one of the major challenges he is facing.

“One of the major challenges I face is breaking the stereotyping barrier in Nollywood. I get roles based on what I have played in the past and what producers think I can do, but the truth is that I am a versatile actor and I am hungry for challenging roles. I also hope to win an Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA), produce at least two movies and have my acting school running full time in the next three years,” Stanley noted.

The Computer Science graduate of Nnamdi Azikwe University owes his acting success to the Stella Damasus Art foundation where he obtained formal training in acting. “I am really grateful to Stella Damasus for putting me under her tutelage, and everyone at the Stella Damasus Foundation. I cannot trade you guys for anything.”

Aside acting, Stanley is also a model and voice-over artiste.
