Olumide Ojebode, first child of the late player and coach of IICC Shooting Stars of Ibadan, Samuel Ojebode, has thanked the Oyo State government for the full support received by the family.

Olumide said Governor Abiola Ajimobi will forever be remembered by the family for his financial support when their late father was on his sick bed at the University College Hospital, UCH Ibadan.
He said the state government footed the medical bills before, during and after the late Ojebode was first discharged at the hospital.

“I am speaking as the first child and son of the family, we want to appreciate the state government for the support. We truly know how they feel when our father was alive and the steps taken by Governor Ajimobi. He personally came to the hospital to visit him and assured us of his government’s full support, which has been fulfilled,” Olumide said on Thursday
