Popular Nollywood actress, Bukky Wright has survived a ghastly auto crash.
The beautiful role interpreter who really has her God to thank, was said to be on her way to a movie location when she was involved in the auto accident at about 11 a.m. yesterday with her Nissan SUV with registration number, LAGOS TT616AAA.
According to a source, the accident occurred along the Epe Express Road, Lagos, Southwest Nigeria, when the actress attempted to avoid a reckless motorcycle rider on the road.
“She didn’t want to hit or kill the Okada rider, so she applied the brake abruptly and her automobile somersaulted. She sustained leg injury and was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital by sympathisers,” the source said.
When P.M.NEWS called the award-winning actress on phone at about 6:30 p.m. yesterday, she confirmed that she was involved in the accident, adding that she is fine and has been discharged from the hospital.
“Yes I was involved in the accident, but I thank God for his mercy. I’m at home now. Thank you for your concern,” she said.
