African R&B act, Darey Art Alade will on Monday release the long-anticipated video for his hit single Sisi Eko remix featuring Flavour Nabania.
The big-budget video, shot in the heart of Lagos in May, with a cast drawn mainly from Lagos and South Africa, shows Darey and Flavour taking turns ain trying to woo a beautiful and elegant Lagos lady who they spot window-shopping, as they cruise together in the Lagos traffic.
With cameo appearances by Ali Baba, Dr. Sid, Seun Kuti, Waje, Omawumi , DJ Jimmy JATT, Julius Agwu, MoEazy, Zaina and many others, the video was directed by Mark Hofmeyr for Darey’s Soul Muzik.
With generous use of stunning and trendy African prints —Woodin— as costumes, Darey in his characteristic nature, delivered a rare blend of creativity that is conspicuous in the choreography.
