Festival Will Boost Lagos’ Economy —Adefulire

Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire, has told Lagosians to expect significant economic growth in the forthcoming National Sports Festival scheduled for November.

Adefulire, who doubles as chairman of Local Organising Committee of the National Sports Festival, told newsmen in Lagos that the Sports Festival tagged  EKO 2012 will not only boost the economy of the state, it will also promote social interaction among athletes and visitors throughout the festival.

“Whatever  your  business, whatever your capacity, whichever way you look at it, there is something you can sponsor, there is something you can do, there is a role you can play. No level of involvement is too big.No contribution is too large. No partnership is too insignificant! Come and join us to ignite the spirit of friendship and work for the success of the festival,” she declared.

Adefulire disclosed that Alliance Autos Limited has donated five vehicles to the LOC  as part of its corporate social responsibility for the festivals.
