NPA Pledges Support For Lagos Island East LCDA

The Managing Director of Nigerian Ports Authority, Mallam Habib Abdulahi has pledged to partner with all communities where it has corporate presence, as part of its renewed community relation policy.

This assurance was given at NPA Headquarters, Lagos recently while receiving a delegation from Lagos Island East Local Council Development Area on a courtesy visit.

The M/D said the authority had a long standing relationship with the Local Council Development Area, saying that the new management of the organization will contribute to sustain the cordial relationship through enduring community related projects.

He stressed that the Nigerian Ports Authority is very proud to be associated with Lagos Island being the Centre of Commerce which host several conglomerates in all sectors of the economy.

The Executive Chairman of Lagos Island East Local Council Development Area, Comrade Kamal Salau Bashua congratulated the managing director for his appointment and wished him a successful tenure in office.

He assured the NPA M/D of all necessary support in moving the NPA forward.
