Thunderbolt music owned by Tunde Oselu is set to release the debut album of popular Agidigbo singer, Pereira Kayode.
P.M.NEWSEntertainment learnt that the Lagos Island-based singer is currently in a studio working on the album which will be released soon.
Speaking with P.M.NEWSEntertainment, Pereira said that his band is an offshoot of the late Adeyemi Ajayi aka Shaklery who was very popular on Lagos Island and beyond.
A trained theatre arts practitioner, the leader of Funkadelic Africa Agidigbo Band formed his band in 1999, but his attempt to debut in 2006 was not successful.
He said the yet to be titled album is a world class music “because I got my inspiration from the masters, namely the late Biddy Wright, Theophilus Iwalokun, Shaklery and others.”
Apart from the masters, he said as a Lagosian, he is more qualified to give Agidigbo music the lift it requires.
meanwhile, Gospel Artiste, Ayodeji Arawole Adelowo of Moboluwaji Music Ministry[M3] and the man behind a popular music concert tagged ‘Amazing Grace’ in Ikorodu with two albums to his credit, is currently working on his third album.
He told P.M.NEWSEntertainment that his mission in the music industry is to preach the gospel and to be different from other gospel singers in terms of song delivery.
