Sequel to the success of her first film, OkonLagos, award-winning scriptwriter, Uduak Oguamanam, has released 20,000 copies of her new two-hour flick titled: Kokomma. The movie was released over the weekend.
Released in DVD format, Kokomma is the second film from the University of Ibadan and Leicester graduate who is trying her hands at film production after years as a scriptwriter.
Oguamanam’s dexterity attracted a City People Best Scriptwriter Award last year, after she wrote screenplays for films that include A Piece of Flesh and Unfinished Business.
Oguamanam, who co-wrote Bursting Out, I’ll take my chances, Holding Hope, etc. said Kokomma, which will be marketed by Hosanna Stores in Akwa Ibom State, was inspired by a real life experience that never left her.
