Sunshine Goalie Want To Play For Arsenal

To goalkeeper Moses Ocheje of Sunshine Stars of Akure, plying his trade for Arsenal Football Club in the English Premier League is a dream which he hopes will come true someday.

Ocheje has been wonderful in goal for the Ondo State’s team during the just concluded 2011/2012 Nigeria Premier League, NPL, season. And, he was in goal during Sunshine’s 2-1 victory over Kano Pillars in the last game of the season at the Dipo Dina Stadium, Ijebu Ode, Ogun State last Friday.

Ocheje, who was 24 last May, said that the Gunners have been his darling team since childhood and taking his football career abroad to play for Arsene Wenger’s club in the future would be his happiest moment in life.

“The ambition of any Nigerian player is to play abroad and my dream club is Arsenal. I think I just love the team, it’s my prayer that the dream will come true someday,” he said.
