Customers Laud TNL After-sales Services

Toyota Nigeria Limited, a leading automobile marketing company in Nigeria has been lauded for improved after-sales services by its customers nationwide. The customers were thrilled by the detailed attention by Toyota technicians and the low charges at TNL workshops.

According to Dr Oscar Chidubem, CEO of Oscarson Fleets, one of the long standing customers of the company, his aftersales experience with the company recently is exceptional compared to his entire experience in the previous twenty years.

Reacting to these commendations, TNL’s image maker, Mrs Bukky Ogunnusi, said she was humbled by the customers response to their services, promising to do more. “This is cheery news for Toyota Nigeria Limited given that our efforts to scale up after-sales services are yielding quick results than we expected.” She further noted that the customers’ response “can only spur us towards delivering more after sales improvements to our highly valued customers.”
