Amaka Igwe Sets Up QTV

Accomplished film producer and director, Amaka Igwe, has added another arm to her growing media business. The new arm is QTV, a channel dedicated to entertainment.

QTV, which will soon debut on DStv, serve movies, dramas and documentaries. The content is expected to be overwhelmingly local.

Amaka’s rich production portfolio includes Violated, Rattlesnake, Checkmate, Fuji’s House of Commotion and A Barber’s Wisdom.

She is also the brain behind the BOBTV, Best of the Best TV, a yearly business and exchange platform for African content makers, which holds in Abuja.
