The annual Elizabeth Wuraola Ojo Memorial Golf Tournament begins at the Ikeja Golf Club on Monday, 5 November.
The competition is organised in memory of the late Mrs. Wuraola Ojo, who was an ardent golf follower during her days.
The weeklong tourney, sponsored by Toyota Nigeria Limited, will tee off on Monday with the Caddies Competition, while the professionals will take their turn the following day.
On Wednesday, the ladies will take to the green course of the Ikeja Golf Club, while the men play on 9 and 10 November. A Gala nite will hold to round off this year’s Elizabeth Wuraola Ojo Memorial Golf Tournament, where prizes and trophies will be given out to winners in all categories.
P.M.News gathered that the sponsor will present one unit of the latest edition of the Toyota Camry as a hole-in-one prize to the overall winner as part of the sponsorship of Hole 15.
“Also we shall use the tournament as an avenue to showcase some of the model line up of Toyota Nigeria Limited in order for our esteemed guests and customers to have a direct feel of the brand,” Executive Director of Toyota Nigeria Limited, Kunle Ade-Ojo said.
