It was double fun and excitement for consumers of Star lager in Benin, Edo State as they were treated to a night of music, comedy and prizes at the city’s draw of the on-going Star Time To Shine Promo.
The event, which had Tinsel actor, Gideon Okeke as anchor, was held at the Aso Time Groove Bar with live music from Crystals, winners of Star Quest 2012 and a dose of comedy from comedians including Gandoki, MC Ecstacy, MC Paparazzi and MC Alomano.
The night kicked off with draws to select winners in the promo. It was certainly an exciting affair as Okeke invited members of the audience to select winners of prizes via electronic raffle draw. After the draw, two more brand new Toyota Corolla car winners were announced to the public. Ese Okarei and Odachi Augustine Okoh became the fifth and sixth winners of the brand new cars.
Others went home with various prizes including 32-inch LCD television sets as well cash prizes of N20,000 and N50,000.
The Benin event is the fourth draw to be conducted since the Star Time To Shine Promo kicked off. Enugu, Lagos and Port Harcourt were the venues for previous draws of the Star Time To Shine Promo. Up next is Abuja where Star will entertain revelers with more music from Crystals and comedy even as more winners will be revealed.
