Lagos Swimmers Promise Fashola Gold Medals

Captain of Team Lagos Swimming, Moses Aladin has disclosed that Lagos swimmers will compensate Governor of Lagos State Governor Raji Fashola by winning all gold medals available in the swimming event of National Sports Festival.

Aladin said winning the gold medals in the swimming event will be a way of compensating the governor for the support he has given  Team Lagos throughout their closed camping.

Aladin lauded the governor for investing in sports development as well as given priority to athletes’ welfare, particularly in the area of payment of sports aid to the athletes.

”On our part, we have decided to compensate the Governor by wining many gold medals in swimming and we are working hard to achieve this,” he said.
