Lola Omotayo’s Nollywood Interest

Lola Omotayo, who has a baby for P-Square’s Peter Okoye, is a high flyer, having held top positions in a number of high-end companies.

But she could have missed out on all of that. At a point, she actually had her eyes on Nollywood.

Lola studied Theatre Arts at San Francisco University, United States of America, and had hoped to focus on film directing. But when she returned to Nigeria, she ended up in the corporate sector, where she worked with ECONET (now Airtel) as an events manager, Daily Times and FKG2, an advertising company.

Asked if she is still interested in the movie industry, the heavily pregnant mother of one said: “That was then, not any more.”
