Victor Anusa, Secretary of the body, told the News Agency of Nigeria NAN on Sunday that the competition would hold from 18 through 23 Februaray, 2013.
He said that 11 states from various parts of the country would be joined countries like Ghana, Togo and Benin Republic for the competition.
“We have already started preparations for the second edition and it will be bigger than the first, unlike the premier edition which was purely a national competition.
“We have invited some West African countries and they will be competing with 11 states for the competition,’’ he said.
Anusa, then, commended Victor Ochei, who is Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly for sponsoring the competition.
He, however, urged more individuals and private bodies in the country to support the special sports at various levels across the country.
