The duo of Smash and Vast of Bracket music group, will battle other artistes in the Nigerian music industry for honours at the Gbedu Music Awards which will hold tomorrow at Okiki Hotels, Egbeda, Lagos.
Bracket will slug it out with P-Square, Artquake and Skuki in the Best Duo Category. Other categories in the awards include Artiste of the Year, where Davido will compete with Wizkid, Iyanya and D’banj. Entertainment Cafe’s Bayo Adetu has been nominated in the Best Entertainment Writer category.

ised by Labour Entertainment in conjunction with T.M. Communications, has been in existence since 2001, and has honoured musicians such as King Sunny Ade, Sir Shina Peters, Mike Okri, Tuface and Weird MC among many others.
Morris Jackson, the CEO of Labour Entertainment, said the event is aimed at honouring those who have contributed immensely to the growth of the Nigerian music industry.
International Raggae music star, Majek Fashek will also be honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award during the event.
