Halima Abubakar Premieres ‘Mistresses’

Actress Halima Abubakar has premiered her movie, Mistresses. The movie, which has attracted lots of attention since the shooting started, was premiered at Beerhugz, Shoprite, Lagos, Tuesday morning.

The new movie has Halima and Ghanaian screen star, Yvonne Nelson, pairing up as lead characters. Sylvia Nduka, the winner of the 2011 edition of the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria, MBGN, is also making her début in Nollywood courtesy of Halima’s Mistresses. The movie, directed by Ifeanyi Ogbonna and produced by Modehouz Entertainment, focuses on infidelity, misconceptions about men and relationships among others.

In a competitive entertainment industry, Halima has remained consistent and limitless. Her excellent deliveries have seen her climb the ladder of success in her over a decade acting career.
