Agba, Oroh, Odion back in Oshiomhole’s cabinet

The much awaited list of Commissioner nominees to form the cabinet for the second term of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole as Governor of Nigeria’s Edo State was Wednesday submitted to the State House of Assembly for consideration.

About 90 percent of the former commissioners who served in the first tenure of the Oshiomhole’s administration make up the list of 19 nominees sent to the law makers.

Governor Oshiomhole, in a letter addressed to the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Uyigue Igbe, which was read by Egbe Evbuomwan, Clerk of the House during plenary session, urged the members to expedite action in the confirmation of the nominees.

Among those that served in the first tenure and were nominated are Louis Odion, Abdul Oroh, Clem Agba, Chris Ebare, Francis Evbomwan, John Oasgie Inegbedion.

Others are Lucky James, Ms. Aanena Jemitola,Ekpenisi Omorotionmwan and Donald Osikhena.

The new nominees are Patrick Agwinede, Henry Idahagbon, Blessing Maigida, Macdonald Obasuke, Osarodion Ogie, Omo Ojo Orobosa, Osifo Omerede Osemede, Lawrence Aghedo and Isimeme Iriogbe.
