Nigeria-Based International Fraudster Exposed

A man who claims to be from the United  Kingdom, but living in Nigeria, has continued to defraud innocent victims across all parts of the world.

To effectively do this, the wanted man who is on almost all the social networking dating sites, uses several names including Bill Anderson a.k.a Williams, Adrian P and Jerry Banks. On skype, he uses Francis Williams.

The man, who sometimes claims he is a Texas Engineer, says he has a son, he calls Alvis or Arvin, and has remained a widower after he lost his unfaithful wife to a car accident.

One of his victims, Mala Singleton, who said he met the fraudster on one of the networking sites as Francis Williams, said the wanted man told him he was a construction engineer working at Asaba Airport in Delta state, Nigeria.

According to the victim, “Francis Williams claims he is from Fulham, UK and claims he lost his wife in a car accident and he is now left with his 12-year old son, Alvis Williams.”

Singleton said they met through skype in which the man used Francis.Williams,18, as his identity.

“This ID has changed to Fransic Williams,18,” Singleton added.

The victim who listed Williams’ contact details as +23478179105349 and +2347036028313; [email protected], said he had other Nigerians working with him and who helped him receive money from the bank.

“Francis Williams claims he has been in Nigeria for 20 months and has been kidnapped in the past when he first got into the country,” Singleton alleged, adding that Williams and his accomplice forged tax document issued by the Finance Ministry in Nigeria.

Singleton said the fraudsters also forged documents and impersonated “Eric Tonye Aworabhi, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to Italy,” adding that the alleged fraudster had already had a track record with the FBI special unit details.

Some of his names as listed by his alleged victims include Bill Anderson aka William with the e-mail address: [email protected]; Donald Samson, Scott Philips, Vick Robson, Samuel Fletcher, Marcus Ethan, Engr. Jones Williams, Henry Spencer, Richie Warson (Richard on myspace) and

Jerry Banks with the e-mail: [email protected].

“If anyone recognises any information, please contact the Nigerian Embassy in Largos or www.ic3.gov.

“These cases are routed in real-time to the FBI by the Internet Crime Complaint Center. You may also find more information at www.lookstoogoodtobetrue.com,” the victim pleaded.

When P.M. NEWS called his mobile number:+2347036028313 as given by the alleged victim early Wednesday morning, a Nigerian female voice who received the call after three attempts, told our reporter that he was not around and was charging his phone.
