Crown Natures Nigeria Limited in a bid to create and add economic value to the lives of members of the National Youth Service Corp, NYSC, has organised a training and entrepreneurial development programme in Lagos.
The programme is part of the deliveries of NYSC management to corp members yearly to prepare them ahead of the completion of their assignment for real sector.
It is aimed at grooming corps members to become employers of labour rather than wait to be employed.
Busayo Gbaluwe, Crown Natures’ Operations Manager, said the company “also shares in this vision to empower youths and took the corps members through the process of manufacturing Caps and Hats and how to manage the business.
“Interested corps members participated actively with keen interest and within a short time mastered the skill and produced Caps and Hats of their own.”
P.M.NEWS Campus Square gathered that Crown Natures, knowing that the percentage of unemployed youths in the country is very high and considering that its product is more popular among the youths, is ready to continue to transfer skill of Caps & Hats manufacturing to reduce unemployment.
