EFCC to arraign Reverend over N40.2m Scam

Nigeria’s Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, will on Thursday arraign one David Kim Pam, a Reverend and Chairman of Goodliving Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society on a 10-count charge of stealing, fraudulent misappropriation and criminal breach of trust.

Wilson Uwujaren, spokesperson for the anti graft agency said Reverend Pam would be arraigned at the Plateau State High Court, Jos, for allegedly abusing his position as Chairman and sole signatory to the accounts of Goodliving Multi-Purpose Co-Operative Society’s accounts domiciled in First Bank Nigeria Plc and Zenith Bank, to steal N40, 276,660 between April and June 2012.

“The offences are contrary to sections 286, 308 and 311 of the Criminal Code law of Plateau State,” EFCC said in the statement.
