‘Sweet Like Shuga’, the theme song for the upcoming Season 3 of MTV Base drama, Shuga, featuring Flavour, Kcee, Chidinma, Sound Sultan and Professor is now out.
The track, produced by Del B was premiered on Friday, 16 November and available on www.mtvbase.com and other radio stations across Nigeria.
Its video directed by renowned video director, Clarence Peters, will follow suit and promises to be different.
Shuga is an award winning sex and relationships drama and multimedia campaign designed to combat a lack of awareness and misinformation about prevalent public health issues among Nigerian youth.
BET Award winner Ice Prince and “Kukere” star Iyanya both play cameo roles in Shuga, as is MTV VJ Ehis Okoeguale.
The drama also stars Maria Okanrende, Tiwa Savage, Okezie Morro, Chris Attoh, Ikubese Emmanuel Ifeanyi, Nick Mutuma and Dorcas Shola Fapson.
Also playing strong roles are Leonora Okine, Sharon Ezeamaka, Timini Egbuson, Kachi Nnochiri, Olumide Oworu, Ugbeye Owumi Sani Mu’azu, Bikiya Graham-Douglas, KC Ejelonu, Efa Iwara, Silo Emem Bankole and Charles Ukpong.
