Bright Wonder, director and producer of ‘Broken’, an highly emotional movie, has said the way many people will see the lead acts, Nse Ikpe Etim, Kalu Ikeagwu and Bimbo Manuel will definitely change as soon as the DVD hits the market on Monday, 9 December.
According to Wonder, an Abuja based movie producer, when the movie was being shot, their intention was to do more than just a movie. “We wanted to do what we call a total package that delivers on entertainment, moral lesson, high production quality and creative plot.
“In as much as we put in good effort, the outcome and responses so far have shocked me, as many who have seen the movie have called me to say we did a very wonderful job,” he said.
With outstanding directing skills from Wonder, Broken is an emotional flick centered on the lives of two adults and past lovers, Nse Ikpe Etim and Kalu Ikeagwu. They once married, got separated and along the line, their lives were later thrown into chaos as mistakes of their past lives including the aftermath of the children they failed to bring up properly in their selfish union, come haunting their present, as asylum, death-row and street living mar their once sane lives. Broken also stars top act and a collection of up and coming acts.
