The state of Osun Government in western Nigeria, has nominated Gen. Alani Akinrinade, former Chief of General Staff and Prof. Mojeed Alabi, former Speaker of state legislature to represent it in the forthcoming national conference.
Mr Semiu Okanlawon, State Director, Bureau of Information, in a statement issued in the state capital of Osogbo also listed a former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Defence, Mr Femi Akande and a former Commissioner for Justice, Chief Gbadegesin Adedeji, as nominees of the state.
Also on the list are the Director-General, Development Agenda for Western Nigerian Commission, Mr Dipo Famakinwa, and Mrs Bola Ogunrinade, a community leader.
The State Government has forwarded a letter to the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Chief Anyim Pius Anyim.
