In Video: South African policemen brutalise Nigerian in Cape Town

A Nigerian was stripped and brutalised by two South African policemen in Cape Town on Thursday.
The brutalisation was captured on video by a concerned South African and posted on YouTube.
The Nigerian was named as Clement Emekensha.
