President Goodluck Jonathan Monday summoned Nigeria’s interior minister, Abba Moro and the Immigration Services boss David Paradang, two days after at least 18 people died during a recruitment test organised by the agency.

The tests, conducted nationwide saw thousands of job seekers, flooding different venues, leading to a stampede and sporadic shooting by security operatives.
