Governor Mukhtar Ramalan Yero of the northern state of Kaduna was today honoured with the title of Dallatun Zazzau by the Emir of Zaria, Alhaji Shehu Idris. Vice President Namadi Sambo and many other dignitaries witnessed the turbaning ceremony in Zaria.
