International singer and song writer, Chioma Eze, has been signed on by Funke Kuti’s management outfit, FK Management.
P.M.NEWS EntertainmentCafé learnt that Chioma put pen to paper recently to entrust her management to the firm of Funke, ex-wife of Afrobeat star, Femi Kuti.
Fondly remembered for her sterling performance at the launch of Samsung S5, Chioma’s immense talent has been hailed by songstress, Waje after a chance meeting earlier in March 2014.
“Chioma is a true performer with a range that takes your breath away and energy that leaves you yearning for more…The world’s best-kept secret is finally out, and the sky is absolutely no limit for this beautiful rising star, as her fans around the world already know,” said Kuti.
Born in Nigeria, raised in Europe and now living in the United States, Chioma is a writer, producer and performer. Her successes in the music world include writing for the late Michael Jackson and Shaggy.
She has also performed all over the world and secured the number 1 spot on the UK Top 30 Soul Charts (2013) for her performance of ‘It’s Only Rain’ – a song she wrote and vocally produced on Euge Groove’s new album ‘House Of Groove’.
Chioma has also appeared on the Today show and the Sopranos, opened for Patti LaBelle, Chaka Khan, performed with Stevie Wonder in Latvia 2007 and with Agnetha Fältskog of ABBA in China 2011.
Chioma is currently working on a new and exciting project of her own which will include songs produced by Redone, Swiss Beatz, Greg Curtis, Aram Avagyan, Tommy Henriksen, Teddy Riley, Cedsolo and herself.
