Presidential Convoy shoots at protesting OAU students

A presidential convoy as shot at protesting Obafemi Awolowo University students today along Akilalu junction, Ife, Osun state.
The convoy led by a Toyota SUV with ‘Presidency’ inscription and registration number, FG902-B02, tried to drive through the protesting students.
According to our correspondent, security details attached to the convoy shot at the students to scare them.
The students began protesting an increment in school fees on Tuesday 20 May. The school management increased the fees from about N17,000 to over N100,000.
