Lilly P Set To Take Over

Arowolo Rasheed otherwise known as Lilly P has vowed to take hip-hop to the next level as he drops a hit single, Take Over .

The single, produced by Flexy Abila, which is currently enjoying massive air play on major radio stations in the country is a follow-up to two other singles: Jo Fun Mi and Roller Coaster

The 21-year old Lilly P started music during his days in the choir at a very tender age and developed it in his secondary school days .

The talented singer whose major asset is his sonorous voice is a graduate of Electrical Engineering from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos, southwest Nigeria.

Speaking on the hit single, the singer said his decision to name the album Take Over was borne out the fact that he is ready to take over the hip-hop music industry.

“I have watched the way most hip-hop artistes produced and delivered their songs and I have tried as much as possible to do a thorough research on how to fill the loopholes and Take Over is the result”.

Lilly P whose role models are Akon and Wande Coal will be playing at the forthcoming Osun Oshogbo Festival 2014.
