Jonathan nominates FRSC boss, lecturer for ministerial appointments

President Goodluck Jonathan on Thursday nominated Osita Chidoka, the Corps Marshall, Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) for appointment as minister.
The nomination of Chidoka was contained in a letter addressed to Senate President David Mark by President Jonathan and read on the floor of the Senate this morning.
The FRSC boss will fill vacant slot of Anambra State in the cabinet if his nomination is approved by the Senate.
In the same vein, the President also nominated a lecturer at the University of Abuja, Abubakar Olanrewaju for appointment as a minister to fill the vacant slot of Kwara State.
Jonathan urged the senators to treat the appointments with dispatch.
