G-Clemp Drops ‘Ini Edo’

George Clement Pius, musician cum comedian, has released a new single titled Ini Edo.

Speaking on the new single, Pius, better known as G-Clemp said Ini Edo is a Makossa flow with an Ibibio speaking chorus.

“The song gives you an insight on the shape of the beautiful married actress Ini Edo. You know she has a beautiful shape and she is also from Akwa Ibom where G-Clemp also comes from. We are both promoting our language, culture and the people entirely. Through this song, I want to erase the perception of many people that Akwa Ibomites are only good as maids,” G-Clemp said.

On what makes the new single and video different from his previous videos, G-Clemp added that he spent more time and resource on the new project.

“The song is a club banger. You will listen to something different from what people used to see from G-Clemp. For the first time, you will hear me rap in my native language and the song is a blend of hip-hop, afro-pop and of course the comical flavour which is always inherent in my style,” he said.
