Ten years old R&B super kid, Gloria Nkechi Uche popularly called G-Girl recently held her new album listening party and tenth birthday celebration amid fan-fair.
At the listening party held at Baloccini Lounge and Bar, Agege her second album, Taking Over Reloaded was previewed with the musical video also premiered.
Taking Over Reloaded, a follow-up to her debut, Taking Over dropped in December 2011 at age seven contains fifteen songs featuring Baba Fryo, Lyrics, Tobi Sax, D’9JA Queen and the Flavour among others.
Some of the tracks in the album recorded, mixed and mastered at Julie Martins Studio and produced by MF Classics are My Song, Dancia, Stand Up, Take Care Of The Children featuring Baba Fryo, Jirate and Am In The Mood.
Guest artistes at the event included Baba Fryo, Jude Asiemo Showkey Ranky, 9JA Queen, Alincology, Omo Jesu and the host, Fishmouth.
G-Girl, whose 2011 debut album featured the late Fatai Rolling Dollar hails from Isiala Ngwa, Abia State and a Basic sixpupil of Chrismode Basic and Nursery School, Agege
Nominated as Best Music Video by a minor at the Nigeria Music Awards, 2013, she is also the Creative Network and Wow Kids Ambassador and has performed with Nigerian top acts like King Sunny Ade, Ebenezer Obey and Oritsefemi.
The winner of 2012 PMAN Youngest Artiste of the yearand NANS Youngest Artiste of theyear appreciates P-Square and Davido.
