Victor Olaiya On Stage For Friends Sunday

The August edition of the monthly live performance of Nigeria’s doyen of highlife music, Dr. Victor Abimbola Olaiya (OON), is slated for Sunday, 3 August.

Tagged “An Evening With Victor”, the show is staged on the first Sunday of every month by the octogenarian ace trumpeter and singer, leading his All Stars International Orchestra to entertain his teeming fans and other highlife music enthusiasts at the Stadium Hotel, Surulere, Lagos.

In a telephone chat, Olaiya said he is looking forward to an evening of good music and great fun.

Also expected to perform alongside Olaiya is his banker son, Bayode and Steven Moore, an Orlando Owoh sing-alike popularly called Orlando Junior, among others.
