Troussier quits as Sfaxien coach

Experienced French coach Philippe Troussier quit as CS Sfaxien coach on Sunday following the Tunisian club’s defeat in the African Champions League.

Troussier, 59, a former coach of the Japan and Ivory Coast national teams, will be succeeded by Ghazi Ghrairi who has coached the club in the past.

Sfaxien were defeated 2-1 by Vita Club of the Democratic Republic of Congo in the second leg of their Champions League semi-final on Saturday for a 4-2 loss on aggregate.
