Oga Bello Celebrates 50 Years On Stage

Veteran thespian, Adebayo Salami, popularly known as Oga Bello in the theatre world, is set to celebrate his 50 years as an actor and theatre practitioner.

The landmark, P.M.NEWS Entertainment Cafe learnt, will be celebrated with a special stage performance of a play titled Olooko Oba.

The performance will feature renowned artiste of Oga Bello’s generation as well as some notable rising artistes including his children.

Femi Davies, Oga Bello’s media consultant, disclosed that besides the stage performance, there is also going to be a documentary presentation on the celebrant’s personal and professional antecedents, as well as the unveiling of the best of his artistic works.

The event is scheduled to hold 10 December at MUSON Centre.
