The party further alleged that the police and army tear-gassed and arrested the former governor’s relations.

The APC also said that Dankwambo ordered the removal of all APC billboards and posters in Kashere town.

Mohammed also alleged that Goje mobilised political thugs to attack the convoy of Dankwambo during the governor’s visit to the Federal University, Kashere.

The chief of staff said that many cars were destroyed and several persons injured during the attack.

He added that it was during the attack on the governor’s convoy that the police and army swung into action and made some arrests.
